Responsibilities- Develop text classification, named entity recognition, summarisation, and RAG workflows.- Fine-tune open-weight LLMs using techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.- Deploy and serve models using vLLM, TGI, Ollama, or similar tools.- Build model APIs and containerised applications using FastAPI and Docker.- Evaluate model performance, calibration, privacy, and PII handling. Requirements- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in AI/ML or equivalent.- 5+ years of ML engineering experience, with NLP and GenAI systems deployed in production.- Strong Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers skills.- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and self-hosted inference. Good to have- Indian-language NLP or speech-to-text experience.- BFSI or legal-domain experience.- MLOps, MLflow, and vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant, or Milvus.- Knowledge of data protection, DPDP Act 2023, RBI guidance, or model risk management.What we offer- Ownership of a production GenAI system for a public sector undertaking.- A collaborative senior team and the opportunity to ship models quickly.- Work at the intersection of GenAI, regulation, and consumer protection.
