Its products automate audit workflows, workpapers, and tax compliance processes, helping accounting firms improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.💼 Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, and Generative AI to develop intelligent automation solutions for accounting products.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy AI/LLM-powered applications using Python.Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, hybrid search, and reranking.Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs into production applications.Develop AI agents and automated workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.Implement document classification, OCR, information extraction, and validation workflows.Develop REST APIs and integrate AI services with databases and cloud applications.Deploy and maintain AI solutions using Docker and AWS.Evaluate model accuracy, retrieval quality, hallucinations, latency, and cost.Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams.🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications✅ 3+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML engineering.✅ Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.✅ Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.✅ Knowledge of OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Qdrant, or other vector databases.✅ Experience with FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, SQL databases, Docker, and AWS.✅ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing, and application debugging.✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.🔹 Good to HaveExperience with vLLM, Llama, Gemma, or other open-source LLMs.Knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.Exposure to PDF processing, OCR, and structured data extraction.Experience with accounting, financial documents, audit automation, or compliance applications.Basic knowledge of DocumentDB or MongoDB.📩 Interested candidates?
