AI Solution Architect

Work directly with enterprise customers to identify AI opportunities, design solutions, and lead technical delivery. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams from discovery and technical pre-sales through implementation, deployment, and customer adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer discovery workshops to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and data readiness.Design AI solutions covering models, data pipelines, enterprise integrations, security, scalability, and cost.Support technical pre-sales through presentations, demonstrations, solution proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and cost estimates.Lead proofs of concept with agreed scope, timelines, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes.Own technical delivery through implementation planning, integration, testing, production deployment, and customer acceptance.Coordinate customer and internal teams, manage technical risks and dependencies, and complete documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover.Job RequirementAt least 6 years of relevant technical experience.Experience designing and delivering AI solutions, including experience taking an enterprise customer solution into production.Proven experience engaging external enterprise customers in solution architecture, technical consulting, or technical pre-sales.Practical knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, model evaluation, agent architectures, and AI security.Proficiency in API integration, with experience on at least one major cloud platform.Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills; able to communicate with executives and technical teams.Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.Proficient in English and Mandarin.
