Airline Supply Chain Specialist

We are hiring experienced professionals across several specialist disciplines within Technical Supply Chain Management to ensure the availability of aircraft materials, optimize procurement activities, strengthen supplier performance, and support world-class maintenance operations.Our department's focus is predominantly on:Strategic SourcingVendor ManagementContract ManagementMaintenance Services ProcurementCommercial NegotiationsWarranty & Claims ManagementCost Control & Budget ManagementSupplier Performance Management.We are seeking candidates with experience in aviation technical services, airline operations, MRO environments, aerospace organizations, or related technical commercial functions,In particular, please note the following:✅ Airline, MRO, Aerospace, Aircraft Leasing, or Aviation Technical Services experience is strongly preferred.✅ Engineering degrees are highly preferred across all positions.✅ Candidates should demonstrate experience in service procurement, sourcing, contract management, vendor management, warranty administration, claims management, commercial negotiations, budget management, or supplier performance management.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or related discipline.5–15+ years of relevant experience depending on the position.Experience with airlines, MROs, OEMs or aviation suppliers.Knowledge of aircraft spare parts, rotables, expendables and repair management.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Experience using ERP/MRO systems such as SAP, AMOS, TRAX, CAMP, Traxall or similar.Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data reporting capabilities.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
