Amazon & Marketplace Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon & Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketplace operations, listing optimization, advertising, and performance analysis to drive sales growth and maintain strong account health.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay seller accounts.Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords).Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for each marketplace.Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, etc.).Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, and compliance with marketplace policies.Manage inventory levels, forecasts, and coordinate replenishments to avoid stockouts or overstocking.Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries professionally.Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.Track competitors, pricing trends, and marketplace updates to stay competitive.Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to improve product visibility and sales.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as an Amazon Specialist / Marketplace Manager or similar role.Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay Seller Hub.Experience with listing optimization, A+ content, and storefront management (Amazon).Solid understanding of PPC advertising and campaign optimization.Familiarity with marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or similar.Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines independently.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA, AU).Knowledge of FBA, FBM, WFS, and third-party fulfillment models.Experience with pricing tools, inventory management software, and automation tools.Understanding of brand registry, IP protection, and listing suppression recovery.Why You’ll Love Working With Us- Opportunity to work with an international clientele
