HATECO’s commitment to quality is reflected in its ISO 9001:2008 certification and partnerships with globally trusted brands.Role Description The Powebi role at HATECO S.A.R.L. is a full-time remote position focused on developing, maintaining, and optimizing business intelligence solutions using Power BI and related data tools. This role involves gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, transforming raw data into structured datasets, and designing interactive dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. The Powebi professional will clean and validate data from multiple sources, create meaningful visualizations and KPIs, and ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business priorities in the automotive distribution sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring data performance, troubleshooting reporting issues, documenting BI processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve analytics capabilities. The individual will also help promote data-driven culture by training users on BI tools and best practices and ensuring data security and compliance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in business intelligence and data visualization, including Power BI (or similar tools), dashboard design, and KPI development.Candidates should possess solid data management skills, such as data modeling, data cleaning, and working with relational databases and Excel for analysis.Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Candidates should possess organizational and remote work skills, such as time management, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver results in a fully remote, full-time environment.A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.Experience in the automotive,
