About The Opportunity:Belzberg & Co. is a NYC-based family office and investment platform that provides individuals and families with an integrated suite of solutions across investment management, wealth planning and strategy, family office services, and strategic advisory.We are looking for a detail-oriented and high-impact analyst to join our team. This is a dynamic role that combines quantitative analysis with direct client interaction, spanning investments, portfolio and risk analysis, and multigenerational wealth planning. You will play a key part in our continued growth, help us operate at the highest level, and contribute directly to the long-term success of our clients. We are a small, collaborative team, and you will have meaningful day one responsibility with high professional upside.What You Will Do:Build and own financial models for clients, analyzing cash flows, spending, and liquidity to produce clear, decision-ready recommendations.Develop investment proposals for excess cash and liquidity needs, weighing options against each client’s objectives, time horizon, tax position, and risk tolerance.Support day-to-day client operations, handling ad hoc tasks, requests, and follow-ups to deliver high-quality client experience.Keep client information, documentation, and internal processes organized and current.Analyze portfolio construction and risk across public and private holdings, including concentration, liquidity, and performance and attribution versus benchmarks, producing clear recommendations.Partner with attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, and other advisors to translate strategy into timely execution.Evaluate a wide variety of investment opportunities.Work directly with senior leadership and clients, presenting analyses and shaping key decisions.Implement automation and tools that help improve reporting, data aggregation, and client outcomes.Help build a team culture grounded in excellence, service, kindness, integrity, and continuous improvement.Who We Are Looking For:2-4 years of prior experience at a family office, hedge fund, investment bank, wealth management firm, or other investment advisor, with a strong working knowledge of public and private markets.Quantitative and analytically-driven. You can break down complex financial questions into discrete analyses that generate clear conclusions.Proven ability to manage multiple, diverse workstreams at once while staying organized and meeting deadlines.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build polished, client-ready materials.Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Personable and comfortable interacting with clients and building trust.Eager to evaluate and implement new technology across portfolio management, risk analytics, CRM, and other functional areas.Bias for action, coachable, curious, and resourceful.Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
