Do you have 3+ years in training development, human capital or workforce planning?If so, this one is for you.A 140 person specialist national security contractor is hiring program analysts at multiple levels, from early career (3 years) through senior (5+ years).The work supports GEOINT training, certification and workforce planning across the intelligence community.What you’d be doingBuilding training and competency frameworks, setting metrics and running program reviews, writing plans and SOPs, and briefing senior leaders.You’ll support the community bodies that shape how GEOINT professionals are trained and certified.What they needActive TS/SCI clearance3+ years in training development, human capital or workforce planning (GEOINT knowledge is a bonus)Experience writing decision briefs and managing schedules in MS ProjectBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience at the entry level)Ideal backgroundTraining, curriculum or workforce planning in DoD or the intelligence community. NGA, NGC, NSG or ASG exposure, or knowledge of GEOINT certification or learning programs, is a plus.
