Marble installation Specialist

INFINITY™ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marble Installation Specialist to oversee and execute premium marble and natural stone installations across our luxury hotel and residential developments in Zanzibar.The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in high-end marble installation, precision cutting, seamless finishing, and complex architectural stone detailing.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute high-precision marble installation for floors, walls, bathrooms, staircases, countertops, and architectural features.Ensure minimal and consistent joint lines, precise alignment, and exceptional finishing quality.Perform marble cutting, edge profiling, mitre joints, polishing, and detailing.Execute bookmatched marble installations according to approved drawings.Select and apply appropriate adhesives, epoxy grouts, and stone treatment systems.Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and marble layout plans.Supervise marble installation teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.Inspect substrate preparation, waterproofing interfaces, levels, and installation tolerances.Identify and resolve installation defects, uneven surfaces, lippage, and alignment issues.Maintain luxury hospitality finishing standards throughout execution.RequirementsMinimum 7 years of professional experience in marble and natural stone installation.Proven experience working on 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, high-end villas, or premium residential developments.Advanced knowledge of marble cutting, polishing, joint detailing, and installation techniques.Experience with large-format marble slabs and complex installation layouts.Strong understanding of stone adhesives, epoxy grouts, waterproofing interfaces, and surface preparation.Ability to read architectural and technical drawings.Excellent attention to detail and finishing quality.Previous experience supervising marble installation teams is an advantage.
