The successful candidate will develop learning materials, explain project management concepts, and help learners understand the principles, practices, and frameworks required for effective project delivery.The ideal candidate combines practical project management experience with strong instructional and coaching abilities. This role requires the ability to simplify complex concepts, guide exam preparation, and deliver engaging training sessions in a remote learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training programs covering PMP examination topics and project management principles.Prepare presentations, study guides, practice questions, and learning materials.Explain project management concepts across predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches.Guide learners through project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing processes.Provide coaching on scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource, and stakeholder management.Explain project governance, leadership, communication, and team management principles.Conduct mock examinations, practice assessments, and exam preparation workshops.Help learners understand situational questions and improve their examination strategies.Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback and development recommendations.Incorporate practical project scenarios and case studies into training sessions.Stay informed about PMI standards, PMP examination updates, and project management trends.Recommend improvements to training content, learning methods, and examination preparation strategies.RequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, PMO operations, or professional training preferred.A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.PMP certification is an advantage, particularly for candidates delivering PMP examination preparation.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches.Familiarity with PMI standards, project management frameworks, and examination preparation practices.Experience delivering professional training, workshops, coaching, or mentoring sessions preferred.Strong presentation, communication, and instructional skills.Ability to explain complex project management concepts in a clear and practical manner.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.Ability to work independently and engage learners effectively in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time work in a fully remote setting.Opportunities to contribute to professional education and project management development.A professional environment that values leadership, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.Collaboration with project managers, business professionals, and learners.Opportunities to develop expertise in certification training and professional coaching.The chance to help aspiring project managers build confidence and advance their careers.
