Join our team to work on exciting projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and turn creative visions into reality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, building layouts, and design proposals based on client needs and project requirements.Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and design documentation.Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, budgets, and functional requirements.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.Ensure designs align with applicable building regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards.Monitor design progress, address project challenges, and contribute creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Architecture, Building Design, Interior Design, or a related field.Experience in architectural design, building consultancy, or construction projects is an advantage.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.Strong creativity, technical drawing skills, and attention to detail.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
