Position OverviewWe are looking for a professional Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant to provide architectural planning, design development, and building consultancy services. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and project teams to deliver practical, innovative, and visually appealing building solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, building layouts, and design proposals.Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations.Provide professional design advice based on client requirements.Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.Review design plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Recommend suitable construction materials and design solutions.Monitor design progress and coordinate project documentation.Ensure design quality, project timelines, and client expectations are met.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.Relevant experience in architectural design or building consultancy.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.Good understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and design standards.Strong creativity, technical drawing, and spatial planning skills.Excellent communication and client management abilities.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
