Architectural Team Lead

AEM Consultancy is looking for a capable and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team.This role is ideal for someone who can support project delivery, coordinate between team members and disciplines, follow up on tasks, and help maintain quality, timelines, and communication across ongoing projects.What We’re Looking For3-5 Years of ExperienceStrong architectural background with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to lead design teams, delegate tasks, and manage workloads and resources.Responsible for project planning, deliverable schedules, and deadline management.Strong Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) capabilities across all design submissions.Ability to review design deliverables for technical accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and monitoring overall project progress.Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Very good English communication skills (spoken and written).Why Join AEM ConsultancyA flexible and supportive work environment A competitive salary package Exposure to large-scale, high-impact projects Opportunities for regional travel, depending on project requirementsApplicationOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
