Area Sales Supervisor - Ambon

Mandatory Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any major.Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B and/or FMCG sales.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in an F&B/FMCG company.Experienced in sales supervisor to GT/MTExperienced as Sales Supervisor who led minimum 3 salesmen/sales team cover GT/MTExperienced in covering area of Ambon and surrounding cities/islands.Valid driver’s license (SIM A).

Responsibilities

Visit and manage target Distribution Centers (DCs) in the assigned area.Check stock availability and resolve area-related issues, such as store stock levels, product displays, pricing, etc.Propose and execute local promotions and report the results.Share company strategies and national promotional plans with sales staff and exclusive distributors.Develop new outlets and distribution channels.Train and guide sales staff, while monitoring their performance.
