Human Resources Specialist (UAE National)

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to support HR operations and employee relations across multiple manufacturing facilities in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders, line managers, and employees to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day people management activities. This is a site-based role requiring regular travel between manufacturing plants within KEZAD Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support across multiple manufacturing facilities. Serve as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with business objectives. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations in accordance with company policies and UAE Labour Law. Partner with line managers on performance management, employee engagement, attendance, and workforce-related matters. Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation reviews, internal transfers, and offboarding. Support workforce planning and collaborate with recruitment teams to address operational hiring requirements. Monitor employee relations trends and recommend practical solutions to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations, internal HR policies, and organizational standards. Conduct regular visits to multiple manufacturing sites to provide direct HR support to employees and operational teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Previous experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or a similar HR role. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and employee relations practices. Proven ability to manage employee-related matters across different organizational levels, including blue-collar and white-collar workforces. Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide practical HR solutions in a fast-paced operational environment. Comfortable working in a site-based role with regular visits to multiple production facilities. Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Willingness to travel between KEZAD and Abu Dhabi, is essential. Work Location & Travel Requirements The position will be based in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be expected to visit another facility one hour away several times per month to support HR operations, employee relations, and business requirements.
