About the RoleWe are seeking a Lead, IT Project Management (Utilities Solutions) to join our IT & Digital team. In this role, you will be to lead IT projects that enhance enterprise systems, ensuring they deliver strategic value to the organization. This role coordinates with multiple business units to deliver and transform enterprise platforms, including Finance and HCM systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion), Supply Chain and Procurement systems (TBC), IT Service Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and HSE and GRC solutions (TBC), ensuring alignment with TAQA Distribution’s operational strategy and digital transformation objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the execution of IT projects that enhance enterprise systems — including Finance and HCM platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion), Supply Chain and Procurement systems (TBC), ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and HSE and GRC solutions (TBC) — ensuring alignment with organisational strategic goals.Facilitate collaboration between IT and business functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, HSE, Risk) to ensure enterprise solutions such as Fusion ERP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms meet business requirements and process needs.Coordinate with external vendors and system integrators supporting Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, and Supply Chain / HSE platforms, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, and architecture standards.Support integration of enterprise systems across domains (Finance, HR, Procurement, ITSM, and GRC), ensuring seamless data flow, process alignment, and compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines.Lead change management initiatives for enterprise platforms, including ERP (Fusion), ITSM (ServiceNow), and GRC systems, ensuring adoption across business functions.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent6 years of relevant working experienceTechnical Competencies:Proficiency in industry-standard project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, hybrid approaches) with the ability to select and tailor the appropriate approach for each enterprise solutions project context.Working knowledge of enterprise technology platforms — including Finance & HCM systems, HSE & GRC systems, infrastructure solutions, and back-office applications — sufficient to manage their implementation, upgrade, and integration projects effectively within TAQA's IT environment.Proficiency in enterprise project and portfolio management tools to manage project schedules, resources, risks, and reporting in line with Enterprise PMO standards.Apply AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted project scheduling and risk analysis, generative AI for project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications) to improve delivery efficiency and reporting quality across enterprise solutions projects.Strategic & Business Competencies:Develop a strong understanding of TAQA Distribution's key business processes — spanning operations, finance, HR, supply chain, and asset management — to ensure enterprise solutions projects are designed and delivered in a way that genuinely supports operational efficiency and business performance.Why Join TAQA Distribution?At TAQA Distribution, you'll be part of a company that powers communities and supports sustainable growth across the UAE.
