Senior Project Manager (Buildings)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of building projects from design through to handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of building projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developmentsManage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk managementCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractorsOversee procurement, contract administration, variations, and claimsEnsure compliance with HSE requirements, local regulations, and project specificationsLead, mentor, and develop project teams, including engineers, planners, and site staffPrepare progress reports and present project status to senior management and clientsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field[10+] years of experience in building construction, with at least [5+] years in a senior project management roleProven track record of managing large-scale building projectsPMP or equivalent certification (preferred)Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contracts, and of Primavera P6 and MS ProjectExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsRegional experience is an advantage📍 Location: Abu Dhabi💼 Employment type: Full-time
