Position Title: Account Manager - B2B Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 16,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus annual bonus based on performance Benefits: Medical Insurance, Annual Airline Ticket and Visa for family Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A well-established global supplier, based in Abu Dhabi that produces all types of high-quality writing paper Job Description: § Manage and expand key customer accounts, distributor networks, and channel partnerships to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. § Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing structures, revenue forecasts, and commercial plans to maximize market share and profitability. § Coordinate with Production, Finance, and Logistics teams on order management, production planning, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and timely deliveries. § Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer demand, and product performance while managing sales budgets, KPIs, and customer receivables.

Qualifications

§ Arabic Speakers; with minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development within paper manufacturing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries. § Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. § Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong negotiation, commercial planning, and customer relationship management skills. § Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, order management, and profitability analysis.
