Assistant Accountant / Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in Augsburg at Purchasing.id. The Director will oversee strategic planning, operations, and performance across key business functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and sustainable growth. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives, monitoring KPIs, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and service quality. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management, as well as driving initiatives in procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization. The Director will represent the organization in high-level internal and external meetings, support change management efforts, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in directing teams and managing complex operations, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with a track record of setting clear priorities and delivering measurable business results.Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and cost management, including experience analyzing data and KPIs to guide business decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across departments and with external partners.Ability to implement process improvements, drive organizational change, and manage projects from concept through execution.Comfort working in an on-site leadership role in Augsburg, with the ability to engage directly with teams and partners.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in digital platforms, e-procurement, or technology-enabled purchasing solutions is highly beneficial.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory leadership practices and to fostering a respectful, collaborative work environment.
