Technical Director

The Technical Director will lead the entire Technical Office function for a major Data Centre project, overseeing design, engineering, technical governance, BIM, material approval, and technical delivery from design development through commissioning and handover. The role requires providing strategic technical leadership across MEP, ELV, and CSA interfaces to deliver a highly reliable, resilient, and mission-critical facility. Acting as the senior technical authority, you will bridge Design, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams while driving technical excellence and problem resolution.Must-Have Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 20 years of experience in engineering, design management, and technical leadership, including at least 10 years delivering large-scale Data Centre, mission-critical, hyperscale, or major infrastructure projects.Strong technical proficiency Data Centre requirements, critical power, cooling, fire protection, BMS, EPMS, and digital engineering platforms.
