Quality Control Inspector – Production & Packaging

Join a growing brand that values innovation, quality and regional market knowledge.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Inspector role in Dubai. You will make sure every order leaving Luxodor Oils is correct, well packaged and presented to our standards. Your main checks are:Fragrance accuracy: the right fragrance is filled and shipped, verified against order details and approved reference samples using smell comparison.Filling: fill volume and weight are correct.Packaging integrity: bottles, caps, seals and cartons are checked for leaks, damage and correct closure.Labelling: product name, code, batch number and shipping marks are accurate.You will also inspect incoming packaging materials (bottles, boxes, labels) from suppliers and keep inspection records and batch traceability. You will report defects, investigate customer complaints and work with the production and warehouse teams to stop errors from recurring.Qualifications2+ years of quality control or inspection experience in production, packaging or warehouse operations.Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, food or similar packaged-goods environments.Very strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to checklists and documentation.A good sense of smell and the ability to distinguish between fragrances. Training will be provided.Familiarity with batch/lot tracking and order-picking accuracy checks.Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for inspection logs and reporting.Knowledge of shipping and dangerous-goods labelling for fragrance products is an advantage.Good English is required. Must be able to work on-site in Dubai.Application Process Shortlisted candidates will have a practical assessment, including a fragrance-matching and packaging-inspection exercise.
