About the Project:We are an innovative technology venture pioneering a disruptive Welfare-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform. Our solution seamlessly blends cloud-based SaaS infrastructure with advanced human welfare frameworks, engineered to directly align with global sustainability benchmarks and the UAE’s macro roadmaps (Vision 2030, Net Zero 2050, and Centennial 2071).The core concept, architectural workflow, and functional video demonstrations are fully complete. We are now scaling our operational readiness to secure institutional funding and fast-track federal patent protections within the UAE ecosystem.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly sophisticated, results-driven Venture Consultant to collaborate directly with the founder. Your primary objective will be to translate our existing technical prototypes and concept models into institutional-grade artifacts. You will optimize our strategy to pitch directly to a single key federal entity—the UAE Ministry of Economy (MoE)—leveraging accelerated tracks like the Patent Hive and The Entrepreneurial Nation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Pitch Deck: Refine and elevate our existing pitch deck into a highly compelling, visually pristine narrative tailored for government evaluation committees and institutional venture capital.Comprehensive Business Plan: Construct a robust business plan detailing our B2B Enterprise monetization model, market size (TAM/SAM/SOM), local data compliance strategy (UAE Federal Data Protection Law), and product-led growth (PLG) mechanics.Financial & Grant Modeling: Build clear, defensible 3-to-5-year financial projections and an explicit "Use of Funds" model that justifies grant allocation specifically targeting Intangible Asset Financing (covering accelerated patenting costs, beta infrastructure, and pilot launches).Patent Registration Roadmapping: Assist in structuring our proprietary algorithms and technical claims for the Ministry of Economy's eServices dashboard to ensure fast-track intellectual property protection under non-disclosure boundaries.Strategic Vision Alignment: Help explicitly frame the project's features against UAE national priority metrics, including the UAE Circular Economy Policy and Ma'an/MaJra social contribution metrics.Required Qualifications & SkillsProven Track Record: Demonstrated experience authoring successful investment pitch decks, venture capital business plans, or institutional grant proposals (experience with UAE federal funding programs like MBRIF, Ma'an, or the Ministry of Economy is highly advantageous).SaaS/DeepTech Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of B2B SaaS economics, Product-Led Growth (PLG), cloud ecosystems, and data privacy frameworks.IP Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of how technical software architectures translate into patentable claims (legal background not required, but familiarity with IP filing workflows is a plus).Macro-Narrative Alignment: Exceptional business writing skills with the ability to cleanly link micro software features to macro socioeconomic impacts (SDGs, ESG scores, and corporate CSR).Execution Focus: A strategic partner who values speed-to-market, clear milestones, and rapid feedback loops.What We OfferDirect collaboration with an agile, high-conviction founder.A clean, project-based compensation structure with clear milestones.The opportunity to shape a high-impact, future-aligned venture targeting institutional scaling from day one.How to Apply:If you are a venture architect or startup consultant who specializes in turning innovative prototypes into funded realities, please apply via LinkedIn or send a brief message outlining:Your experience with tech startup funding/patenting applications in the UAE region.A brief overview or portfolio sample of a pitch deck or business plan you have previously brought to market.
