Site Inspection & Customer Visit Coordinator – Roof Waterproofing

Our standard is simple: German Quality — Delivered.The role You’ll work directly with the owner as the main person in the field, with two main jobs. First, you’ll visit clients’ villas, run roof and site inspections, and help turn them into well-prepared quotes. Second, you’ll be our quality control on active projects, checking that our installation teams’ work meets our standards at every stage.Key responsibilitiesCustomer visits & inspectionsCarry out customer visits and roof/site inspections across Dubai villa communitiesAssess roof condition, existing waterproofing, drainage, cracks, moisture and leak pointsTake thorough photos, measurements and notes, and prepare clear inspection reportsExplain findings and our solutions to homeowners in a professional, confident waySupport quote preparation with accurate area calculations and scope detailsQuality control of our installation teamsVisit active job sites regularly to inspect our teams’ work in progressCheck each stage against our standards and product specifications: surface preparation, priming, reinforcement mesh, membrane layers, coating thickness, detailing at edges, drains and penetrationsSpot defects or shortcuts early and make sure they’re fixed before the next stageDocument each inspection with photos and checklistsGive clear, respectful feedback to team leaders and escalate recurring issues to the ownerCheck that sites are kept clean and safe and that client property is protectedCarry out final quality checks before handover, then annual warranty inspectionsCoordinationCoordinate with installation teams and keep the project schedule up to dateRepresent the brand on every visit: punctual, well-presented, reliableWhat we’re looking for2+ years’ experience in waterproofing, roofing, construction, building inspection, property maintenance, or a similar technical field roleStrong working knowledge of roofs, building materials and common leak causes in villasExcellent spoken and written English; German is a strong advantageExperience dealing with demanding, quality-focused homeownersA high personal standard for precision, punctuality and documentationComfortable working outdoors in Dubai’s climate, including on roofsExperience supervising or quality-checking work by site teams or subcontractorsConfidence to hold teams to a high standard firmly but fairlyValid UAE driving licence (required)Confident with smartphone photo documentation and digital reports/toolsNice to haveExperience with liquid-applied membranes, PU systems or cool roof coatingsTechnical training or qualification (e.g. construction, civil engineering, trades)Knowledge of Dubai villa communities and HOA/community access processesWhat we offerSalary range – AED 15,000–20,000/month + performance bonusVisa, medical insurance, company vehicleClose work with the owner and real responsibility from day oneA growing premium brand with a strong reputationMon–Fri 8:30–17:30, Sat 8:30–12:30, Sundays offHow to apply Send your CV and a short note about your field/inspection experience to contact@german-handyman-dubai.com, subject line: Site Inspection Coordinator.
