Main Responsibilities

Consultancy, Solutions and SupportLead the department in building up solutions and capabilities in the Energy Market for RegionFormulate and provide solutions to client on HVAC plant and related equipmentProvide deep and strong technical analysis and explanation of solutions proposedUnderstand the operations, pain points and provide support to client to solve identified problemsProvide holistic and practical improvement plans of HVAC plant to clientTake lead to present and explain value proposition to customer and build confidence in customer on company products and solutionsEmploy latest technologies to enable team to be on the cutting edge of the Energy MarketPerformance, Technical & TroubleshootingSubject matter expert for chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, air handling systems, automation & controls, and ACMV systems.Perform detailed plant and performance analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action planning for underperforming equipment. Analyse and provide solutions.Provide rapid solutions to field issues during enhancement or fine-tuning activitiesConduct detailed on-site measurement and verification using industry-standard tools:Chiller performance measurementsPrepare Functional Design Specification (FDS) for chiller plant and optimisation strategyEvaluate and derive solution for air distribution systems for technical and operational issuesEnergy SustainabilityExplore and develop new solutions and products that can enhance company market position and drive greater growth for the companyResearch and Development of new products and new offerings to the Energy Market including HVAC, programming, automation, PLC, Scada and other controls and energy related solutionsSetup good templates and process that will enable efficiency, efficacy and productivity of the organizationDevelop strong cadence, standards and discipline for the Energy Sustainability team.Closely engage and support sales and business development team to sharpen the speed and effectiveness to the marketAnalyse the effectiveness of solutions provided to sales and continuously review and make improvements to the framework, processes, tools, skills and knowledgeTake lead to present and explain bbp value proposition to customer and build confidence in customer on bbp products and solutionsRequirementsEngineering Degree with minimum 10-15 years of strong technical experience in HVAC areaSCEM certifiedEEOA certifiedBCA EA certifiedGreen Mark certifiedExperienced in managing senior level customer in technical presentation and communicationStrong operational experience on HVACStrong ability to handle difficult operational situations
