Assistant Manager DICT Post Sales Services - Network

Job Responsibilities

Strong proficiency in advanced networking technologies and their configuration, including SDN, MPLS, and data center networking.Troubleshoot, Diagnose and Resolve network issues, and communicate status and resolutions clearly to customers.Stay current with security and networking best practices to deliver effective solutions and protect company systems.Proven hands-on experience with multiple Network OEMs, including Cisco, Huawei, and H3C.Configuration and coordination of proof of concept engagements in Coordination with OEM.Manage firmware upgrades and patch management for network equipment in coordination with OEM.Provide Level 1 support and escalate to OEM Advanced TAC teams when required.Deliver on-site and remote technical support to ensure continuous operation of the network.Hands-on experience with broader IT technologies (compute, storage, virtualization, GPU infrastructure).Train staff on equipment and applications to ensure a smooth transition.Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):Education: In principle, have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.Preferably, valid professional-level (NP) OEM certifications such as CCNP, HCNP, or H3CSE.Preferably, expert-level (IE) certification.Work Experience: Preferably up to 10 years of work experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, firewalls, switching, routing, and WLAN environments.Skills – Job Specific: Experience in WLAN networks (Wi-Fi 7).Solid knowledge of cybersecurity solutions.Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including compute, GPU servers, storage, and virtualization with be a Plus.
