Location: Vadodara – Pan-India responsibilityQualification: Graduate Mechanical Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferredExperience: 18–20 yearsRoles and responsibilities:Develop and execute the Pan-India Aftermarket strategy to achieve revenue, profitability and growth objectives.Drive aftermarket growth through spares, services, AMCs, repairs, upgrades and lifecycle solutions.Own aftermarket sales targets, order intake, pipeline, forecasting, margins and collections.Map and leverage the installed base to identify opportunities and increase aftermarket penetration.Lead, develop and manage the Pan-India Aftermarket Sales & Service team with clear regional and individual targets.Build strong relationships with key accounts, end users, OEMs and channel partners.Develop and strengthen service centres and channel/service partner networks across India.Develop key-account and regional growth plans to improve customer retention and share of wallet.Drive commercial excellence through effective pricing, negotiations, bid management and sales conversion.Monitor market trends, competition and customer requirements to identify new aftermarket growth opportunities.Ensure high standards of service quality, responsiveness, safety and customer satisfaction.Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance to improve aftermarket performance.
