Assistant Manager Finance

PurposeTo manage the Investor Relations, Company's banking and treasury functions by ensuring adequate funding, optimizing working capital, maintaining strong lender / investor relationships, negotiating financing arrangements, and minimizing finance costs while ensuring compliance with all banking and lending requirements.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPreparation of quarterly earnings material including Media release, Management opening remarks, Media Q/A etc.Setting up of investor’s conference call.Financial / operational performance analysis to create documents, stories and messages for investors community.Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders to collect and compile various financial / non-financial information.Preparation of Investor’s PPT and internal briefing material.Arranging the meetings with Buy side / Sell side to enhance the equity coverage.Manage the overall debt portfolio of the Company, including working capital and term loan facilities.Prepare CMA data, loan proposals, financial projections, and other documentation required for fund raising and renewal of banking facilities.Ensure timely compliance with loan covenants, sanction terms, and lender reporting requirements.Review, negotiate, and finalize term sheets, loan agreements, and other financing-related documents.Facilitate and manage channel financing programs for dealers, distributors, and vendors.Work closely with internal Finance, Accounts, Commercial, and Business teams to streamline banking and treasury operations.Prepare periodic MIS, debt reports, banking dashboards, and treasury analytics for senior management.QualificationChartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferredCompetenciesFunctional CompetenciesInvestor RelationTreasury Management & Banking OperationsWorking Capital ManagementFund Raising & Loan DocumentationFinancial Analysis, CMA Preparation & Cash Flow ForecastingBanking Negotiation & Relationship ManagementRegulatory & Lender ComplianceFinancial Modeling and MIS ReportingKnowledge of Loan Agreements, Term Sheets & Security DocumentationProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/ERP SystemsBehavioral CompetenciesHonesty & IntegrityStrategic ThinkingStrong Negotiation SkillsAnalytical MindsetRelationship ManagementProblem Solving AbilityEffective Communication & Stakeholder ManagementAttention to DetailDecision-Making CapabilityAbility to Work Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines
