Role Description - Amity Global Business school is looking forward to hire Assistant / Associate Professor- HRM QualificationsAdvanced academic background in Human Resource Management or related fields (e.g., MBA/PG in HR, PhD or enrolled in a doctoral program in HR/Management), Pursuing PhD can also apply.Strong knowledge of core HR domains such as recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and labor laws.Demonstrated ability in teaching, curriculum design, student mentoring, and using modern pedagogical tools and learning technologies.Research aptitude with experience or interest in publishing in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and participating in funded research or consultancy projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.Prior teaching or industry experience in HR, corporate training, or organizational development will be an added advantage.Commitment to ethical practices, student-centered learning, continuous professional development, and alignment with the university’s values and academic standards.
