Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation. - Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurement of construction works. - Manage procurement processes and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. - Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular financial reporting. - Assess and evaluate contract variations and claims. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize cost control and project delivery. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. - Prepare final accounts and support dispute resolution as needed. - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement procedures, and cost control practices. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with UAE construction laws and standards is preferred.
