Competitive package & bonus structure Mature Client Base & Supply Chain Chance to make a REAL difference Tier 1 main contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Director / Senior Commercial Manager to provide strategic guidance and leadership across the Business Unit. The reality of this role means handling project reviews, guidance and client engagement for what is a 3.1 Billion AED portfolio. Projects ranging from Hotels, Industrial, High-Rise Towers & Shopping Malls. The successful candidate will take a key role in the commercial management and guidance for project teams both pre & post contract. This person will have a direct line into the General Manager driving the business. You will have experience of the full lifecycle of major build projects from bid submissions to final account, upstream & downstream claims, providing career mentorship to your Quantity Surveying team and full client engagement. Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director / Senior Commercial Manager handling multiple projects
• 15 Years Post Graduate - Quantity Surveying
• Clear experience on relevant Build Projects for Reputable Tier 1 Main Contractors
• Able to hold the room in a calm and professional manner
• Capable to see the wood through the trees on strategy and commercial disputes Package:
• Up to 85,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical
• Bonus scheme up to 3 Months of Basic Salary
