Department: Finance & AccountsExperience: 3-5 Years (Preferred)CTC: As per market standards About Palz InfotechPalz Infotech is a Bengaluru-based IT infrastructure solutions provider offering end-to-end technology solutions, including IT hardware, Apple products, Microsoft licensing, networking, AV solutions, and IT infrastructure services.We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Accountant to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting, billing, vendor coordination, and financial documentation.Key Responsibilities for Associate accountant 1.Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.2.Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.3.Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.4.Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.5.Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.6.Coordinate with vendors and distributors for invoices, statements, and payment confirmations.7.Assist with GST calculations, GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.8.Maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.9.Assist in monthly closing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.10.Maintain accurate records in accounting software and ensure timely documentation.
