Associate Attorney

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearJob description: Associate Attorney with Partnership TrackWe are offering a $7,500 signing bonus!Description:Shep Law Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Associate Attorney who aspires to be partner in a highly respected Treasure Valley litigation law firm. This position is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocacy, committed to client service, nice, humble and eager to earn an equity ownership interest in the firm.Minimum of three years experience practicing law or clerking required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in real estate, construction, personal injury and commercial and other complex litigation matters
• Manage cases from intake through trial
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Advocate zealously for clients’ rights and best interests

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Idaho (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Interest in litigation
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and stay organized
• Professional, client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Nice person who is willing to zealously but respectfully and professionally advocate for clientsCompensation:
• Salary range: $140,000–$200,000, depending on experience
