Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of Civil Litigation/Personal Injury matters from intake through settlement/trial.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.

Qualifications

1-5+ years of experience in Civil Litigation/Personal Injury litigation.Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $180,000-$220,000 annually, plus bonus.
