Key Responsibilities

Conduct macroeconomic research and analyse key domestic and global economic trends.Develop economic forecasts and assess their implications for financial markets, sectors and investment strategies.Track key macroeconomic indicators, monetary and fiscal policies, inflation, interest rates and GDP growth.Prepare high-quality research reports, economic outlooks and thematic notes for institutional clients.Translate macroeconomic developments into actionable insights for investors.Support the development and growth of the Strategy product through macroeconomic insights, thematic research and inputs on market outlook and investment strategies.Collaborate with the broader Institutional Equities Research team to provide an integrated view of the economy and equity markets.Ideal Candidate Profile:Master’s degree in Economics from a reputed institution.3–5 years of relevant experience in economic research, macroeconomic analysis or a similar role.Strong analytical, quantitative and report-writing skills.A sound understanding of the domestic economy, global macroeconomic developments and financial markets.An interest in pursuing a career in sell-side Institutional Equities Research.
