We use advanced technologies and laboratory workflows to help researchers generate reliable, high-quality data.As our business and sample volumes continue to grow, we are looking for a Research Associate (Lab Technician) to support our laboratory operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, handle, and process biological samples for mass spectrometry analysis and DNA sequencing workflows.Assess sample acceptability and maintain accurate sample and project records.Maintain laboratory notebooks, databases, inventory records, and related documentation.Support laboratory quality control, safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.Organize daily laboratory work according to project priorities and customer needs.Collaborate with team members to improve laboratory procedures and maintain reliable, high-quality results.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related life science field.For candidates without a degree in Medical Technology, at least one year of relevant molecular technology experience, or comparable skills and knowledge.Strong attention to detail and professional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to follow laboratory procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and manage daily responsibilities effectively.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary: $42,000–$65,000.Healthcare insurance plan.401(k) retirement plan.Flexible schedules.Company-paid holidays.
