Associate Software Engineer- MERN

We are Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our development team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to build scalable applications and grow in a fast-paced environment.Core ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applicationsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeDebug and troubleshoot software issuesParticipate in code reviews and team meetingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps)Learn and implement best coding practicesSupport deployment and post-release monitoringRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures)Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#)Basic understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)Familiarity with Git/version controlGood problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skillsPreferred (Nice to Have):Internship or project experienceUnderstanding of REST APIsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of Agile methodologies
