The team emphasizes accurate diagnosis and clear communication to build lasting relationships through dependable workmanship and consistent service quality.Role DescriptionThe Automotive Electrician role is a full-time, on-site position based at Al Bedayer Garage in Dubai. The Automotive Electrician will diagnose and repair electrical issues in a wide range of vehicles, including conventional, hybrid, and electric models. Day-to-day tasks include performing electrical system inspections, conducting fault finding and testing, repairing and replacing wiring, sensors, control modules, lighting, and other electrical components. The role also involves working with diagnostic tools, documenting findings, advising service advisors and customers on required repairs, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The Automotive Electrician will collaborate with mechanics and other technicians to support overall vehicle maintenance and fleet reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair automotive electrical and electronic faultsTroubleshoot wiring, sensors, control modules, starting and charging systemsUse diagnostic scanners, multimeters and other testing equipmentRead and understand wiring diagramsCarry out accurate electrical repairs and component replacementWork confidently with modern vehicle technologiesMaintain a high standard of workmanship and safetyRequirementsMinimum 2 years of UAE automotive experience OR strong experience working with German and American vehiclesStrong electrical maintenance and electrical repairs skills for automotive systems.Proficiency in fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.Experience in general maintenance & repair of vehicle electrical components and systems.Solid understanding of electricity principles as applied to automotive circuits and control units.Hands-on experience with modern diagnostic equipment and scanning tools.Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and OEM repair procedures.Relevant technical diploma/certificate in automotive electrical engineering or a related field.Previous experience as an automotive electrician or technician, ideally in a multi-brand workshop.Attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
