Automotive Sales & Business Development Executive

PEDOX Automobiles is seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our automotive workshop, fleet maintenance, and vehicle repair business across the Eastern Province.This is primarily a field-based B2B business development role. The successful candidate will be expected to actively identify prospects, visit customers, develop relationships, secure new corporate and fleet accounts, and convert opportunities into recurring workshop business.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach fleet operators, rent-a-car companies, contracting companies, logistics companies, corporate organizations, and other businesses operating vehicle fleets.Generate new business for mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, tyres, batteries, spare parts, and other automotive services.Develop annual maintenance contracts, periodic maintenance agreements, and fleet service arrangements.Conduct regular customer and prospect visits across Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, and surrounding areas.Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, procurement teams, operations managers, and key decision-makers.Prepare and follow up quotations, commercial proposals, service agreements, and customer enquiries until successful conversion.Maintain an active sales pipeline, customer database, lead status, quotation follow-up, and sales activity records.Use CRM and ERP systems to record leads, customer information, quotations, sales activities, job status, and follow-ups.Coordinate with workshop, spare-parts, procurement, and accounts teams for vehicle inspection, costing, quotation preparation, job execution, invoicing, and customer delivery.Follow up completed jobs, customer satisfaction, outstanding quotations, invoices, and payment collections.Develop repeat business and long-term relationships with existing customers.Monitor competitor activities, market opportunities, and customer requirements.Achieve agreed monthly sales, revenue, new-customer, and business-development targets.Submit regular sales pipeline, customer visit, quotation status, conversion, and performance reports to PEDOX Management.Candidate RequirementsCurrently residing and legally available for employment in Saudi Arabia.Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.Minimum 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience; automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.Experience in automotive workshops, fleet maintenance, vehicle servicing, spare parts, rent-a-car, or related automotive services is a major advantage.Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, workshop operations, mechanical repairs, spare parts, and fleet service requirements.Proven ability to generate leads, conduct field visits, negotiate, prepare proposals, follow up, and close business.Experience using CRM software and ERP systems for lead management, quotations, customer records, sales tracking, and reporting.Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook/email, and digital reporting tools.Valid Saudi driving licence.Good English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.Existing business contacts with fleet operators, rental companies, contractors, logistics companies, or corporate customers in the Eastern Province will be highly valued.Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.Preferred SkillsB2B Sales | Business Development | Automotive Sales | Fleet Management | Fleet Maintenance | Corporate Sales | Lead Generation | CRM | ERP | Account Management | Negotiation | Customer Relationship Management | Quotation & Proposal Preparation | Sales Pipeline Management | Microsoft ExcelCompensationCompetitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives / CommissionCompensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, automotive industry knowledge, existing business network, and ability to generate results.ApplicationImmediate local hiring – Dammam, Saudi Arabia.Candidates should submit an updated CV clearly mentioning:Current Location | Relevant Experience | Automotive/Fleet Experience | Current/Last Position | Notice Period / Joining Availability | Saudi Driving Licence StatusPEDOX Automobiles Automotive Maintenance
