Operations Specialist

‏⁦At Florose, we are looking for an Operations Specialist with strong experience in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across fulfillment and delivery, and developing operational procedures that enhance performance efficiency and reflect the quality of our brand.If you have strong analytical skills, the ability to solve problems, a deep understanding of the operational environment within the e-commerce sector, and a passion for continuous improvement and working with cross-functional teams, you may be the right fit to join our team.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow execution.Monitor operational processes through the company's internal systems.Oversee the order fulfillment cycle, from order receipt to successful delivery.Ensure accurate product, inventory, and order data across operational systems.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of operational activities.Identify operational challenges, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize errors.Demonstrate leadership in coordinating workflows, monitoring task execution, and achieving operational targets.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (mandatory).A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operations (mandatory), preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.Hands-on experience with operational systems, ERP, OMS, or inventory management platforms.Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken (mandatory).Strong leadership skills with a proactive, accountable, and results-driven mindset.Ability to lead and coordinate teams and monitor operational performance.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and operational reporting.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure.⚠️ Please note: Applications that do not meet the above requirements will not be considered
