Basic Follow procedures and instructions as laid out in the ISO 9001:2000 manual and report deviations for Corrective ActionFollow all Company Rules & Regulations Issue EIR on receipt of container and regulate the release of container by using softpak system,Job FunctionTo execute the requirements of Terminal Handling Dept. Feed shipping pre-advice in the system.To regulate the trucks with container/flatbed entering the terminal/full containers entering / leaving the terminal.Prepare manifest details of various shipping lines for port shuttling in the Softpak systemControl issue of containers as per release order from shipping line, by using softpak. Using softpak system, issue EIR for acceptance & release of containersSupport and monitor KTS transport movements including containers, reefers and tanksImplement HSSE StandardsPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesShipping line pre-advice list to be entered in the system.Read correct shipping line from the port EIR Inspected containers checklist info, to be entered in the system to issue EIR.Should be able to handle & control release of empty containers of various shipping lines.Prepare manifest details of various shipping lines for port shuttling & controlling Ensure whoever in the operational area wear proper PPE Ensure Man-free Depot Standards are being followed strictlyEnsure relevant Global Minimum Requirement standards are followed strictlyHelp the company for achieving zero Loss Time Injury Ensure personnel working in the inspection area do not violate safety guidelines within in gate.Report unsafe acts/conditions, near misses, incidents, safety violations etc. immediately to the HSSE DepartmentAcademicComputer Literate, able to read and write.FitnessBoth Physically & mentally fit and in sound healthAdditionalIICL- Qualifiedyou can submit your CV through the link below for more upcoming job vacancies:https://cv-fnrco.com
