Location: I-8, F-11Job Summary:Layers is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve quality beverages while maintaining excellent customer service, food safety, and hygiene standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.Operate and maintain coffee machines and beverage preparation equipment.Take customer orders and ensure timely and accurate service.Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and follow FIFO procedures.Minimize product wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations.Requirements1–2 years of relevant experience as a Barista preferred.Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.Good communication and customer service skills.Basic understanding of inventory management and FIFO.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
