Bilingual Paralegal - Global Law Firm - Dubai

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 | 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 | 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗰 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵Aventus is currently working with a leading international law firm in Dubai looking to hire a bilingual Arabic / English Paralegal to support its Corporate and Litigation teams.This is an excellent opportunity to join an established international practice, working closely with lawyers on a broad range of corporate, commercial and contentious matters.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Supporting the Corporate and Litigation teams on ongoing client matters.
• Liaising directly with UAE government authorities, courts and relevant institutions.
• Coordinating filings, notarisation, visa applications and licensing procedures.
• Managing client communications and administrative requirements.𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken – essential.
• Previous paralegal experience within a UAE law firm, ideally supporting Corporate and / or Litigation teams.
• Familiarity with UAE government procedures, filings and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational, drafting and communication skills.
