This role involves assisting with billing activities, payment tracking, and account reconciliations while learning about financial operations under the guidance of experienced finance professionals.Key responsibilities- Assisting in preparing and processing customer invoices according to contracts.- Supporting accounts receivable follow-up and collections activities.- Helping reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies.- Aiding in monitoring payment status and maintaining payment records.- Supporting customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.- Assisting in preparing billing and collections reports and analyses.Requirements- Billing Experience: 1+ year in billing, collections, or finance roles.- Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of principles and billing procedures.- Software Systems: Experience with accounting or billing tools.- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in financial tasks.- Communication: Good skills for customer interactions.- Language Proficiency: Good level of English.
