BIM Coordinator

Role Description The BIM Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring models are accurate, compliant with standards, and aligned with project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing BIM models, reviewing and integrating architectural and MEP inputs, resolving coordination issues, and maintaining model integrity and documentation. The BIM Coordinator will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to support design development, construction documentation, and clash detection workflows. The role also involves implementing BIM execution plans, supporting process improvements, and providing guidance to team members on BIM tools and best practices.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and an understanding of design and construction documentation processes.Candidates should possess skills related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination within BIM environments.Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 or similar) is highly beneficial.Relevant technical degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Experience working on large-scale or complex building projects in the Middle East region is an advantage.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams are essential.
