BIM Lead

PE Global are delighted to be working with a very good client of ours who are dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.Our client has grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and is the only dedicated Data Centre delivery partner in Europe.They are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.BIM Team Lead (Vaasa, Finland)We are pleased to announce we are currently recruiting for an experienced BIM Lead to join their expanding team in Vaasa, Finland. This role will be fully site based working on a hyperscale data centre project. There is no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance on offer, candidates must have a valid EU/UK Passport, or the appropriate working visa.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for BIM delivery across the project.Engage with the WTL site team, subcontractors, and client to ensure the standard WTL BIM procedures are being followed.Manage the team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians to deliver on BIM requirements.Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations.Provide support to junior BIM team members and site team.Contribute to research and development initiatives related to BIM technologies and new processes.Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines.Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan.RequirementsPrevious Revit experience – MEP bias requiredAutoCAD experience preferredNavisworks experience desired8+ years’ experience working on multiple large projectsRelevant Bachelor's degree in engineering or similarExcellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
