BIM Specialist

Role Description The BIM Specialist will work part-time in a remote capacity, supporting projects that require Building Information Modeling for HR Pulse India’s clients and partners in architecture, engineering, and construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating BIM models across disciplines, managing model updates, and ensuring accurate integration of architectural and MEP information. The role involves reviewing submittals, identifying clashes, and collaborating with project stakeholders to maintain data integrity and compliance with project standards. The BIM Specialist will also help document workflows, contribute to best practices, and provide technical input to improve project delivery and knowledge resources related to BIM.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination.Candidates should possess skills related to Architecture and design documentation.Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination.Candidates should possess skills in handling and reviewing Submittals and project documentation.Proficiency in common BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks or similar), and familiarity with clash detection workflows.Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret construction drawings, and effective remote collaboration skills.Relevant education in architecture, engineering, or construction management, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and knowledge of industry standards and codes is an advantage.
