About the Role

BIM Specialist (local candidate preferred)The BIM Specialist is responsible for integrating BIM workflows with automation, data, and AI-driven solutions to enhance project delivery efficiency. This role combines strong BIM expertise with programming, system thinking, and innovation mindset to develop scalable digital solutions within design and delivery processes.Key ResponsibilityDevelop and implement BIM automation tools and scripts to improve modeling, coordination, and documentation workflows;Support development of data-driven BIM workflows and dashboards for project monitoring and reporting;Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation;Research, test, and deploy emerging technologies (AI, automation tools, digital platforms) relevant to BIM and project delivery;Ensure BIM standards and processes are aligned with digital innovation initiatives;Support continuous improvement of BIM execution plans, templates, and automation frameworks.Key Requirement1/ Education/QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines;Additional training in software development, data, or digital systems is an advantage. 2/ Years of ExperienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience in digital delivery, software development, automation, or technical innovation roles;Experience working in AEC, consultancy, or project-based environments. 3/ Language ProficiencyEnglish: Professional working; Additional languages: Proficiency in other languages is an advantage. 4/ Technical CompetenciesStrong BIM capability and familiarity with digital delivery platforms (e.g. Revit, ACC, Navisworks);Strong coding capability (e.g. Python, Dynamo, etc.);Experience in developing internal tools / plugins;Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage;Experience building dashboards and data visualizations (e.g. Power BI, custom web dashboards);Understanding of APIs, data integration, and automation workflows;Practical experience or strong interest in AI technologies, including testing, prototyping, and integrating AI solutions into workflows;Strong BIM capacity and digital delivery platforms (e.g. Revit, ACC, Navisworks). 5/ Functional CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a builder mentality;Comfortable with researching, experimentation, testing, and rapid prototyping;Ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical solutions;Good communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;Self-driven, curious, and adaptable, with a strong interest in new technologies;Able to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and departments.
