We're Hiring | Bordereau Automation – OWIT Analyst📍 Location: Bengaluru, India 💼 Role: ( Bordereau Automation OWIT Analyst ) Mandatory ⏳ Experience: 5–8 Years 🏢 Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a technically skilled and business-oriented Bordereau Automation OWIT Analyst to support configuration, automation, enhancements and production support of the OWIT Bordereau Automation platform.The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Analysis, JSON configuration, data mapping, REST API integrations, data validation, workflow automation and troubleshooting. The role involves collaborating with business, QA, vendor and technical teams to deliver efficient and accurate automated bordereau processing solutions.Key Responsibilities1. New Program ConfigurationAnalyze business requirements and translate them into OWIT platform configurations, data mappings and automated workflows.Configure and maintain OWIT program templates, business rules and validation logic.Validate and troubleshoot JSON payloads and REST API integrations.Perform data validation, exception analysis and root cause investigations.Participate in QA, UAT, test planning, defect tracking and issue resolution.Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, JSON configurations and process flows.2. Enhancements & AutomationDesign and implement enhancements to existing OWIT program templates and automated workflows.Configure REST API, SFTP and inbound/outbound data connectors.Support testing, deployment and post-implementation validation.Develop operational reports, dashboards, KPIs and data quality metrics.Identify opportunities for process optimization and Straight-Through Processing (STP).3.
