Branch Accountant

We are seeking a Branch Accountant to manage the branch’s daily accounting, including cash and deposits, customer accounts, VAT invoicing, and receivables follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and deposit cash from parts sales, and maintain accurate cash recordsHandle petty cash and process reimbursementsApply customer payments in the systemCreate and maintain customer accounts in OracleProcess VAT invoices for parts, service, and equipment salesFollow up on overdue payments and collect outstanding balancesPrepare and share outstanding receivables reports with the sales teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of accounting experienceHands-on experience with Oracle or a similar ERP systemVAT and ZATCA e-invoicing knowledgeStrong skills in Microsoft ExcelGood command of English (written and spoken) is required
