Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Real Estate DevelopmentJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to support the Commercial Department in managing commercial contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development, transportation, or related sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, administer, and monitor commercial contracts, agreements, and amendments.Support contract negotiations, renewals, variations, and contractual documentation.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and applicable regulations.Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams on contractual matters.Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, payments, and expiration dates.Identify contractual risks, resolve discrepancies, and support dispute resolution.Maintain accurate contract records, trackers, and management reports.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in commercial contract administration or contract management.Experience in real estate development, aviation, transportation, or related commercial operations is preferred.Good understanding of commercial agreements, contract terms, and compliance requirements.Strong analytical, negotiation, coordination, and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
